Failure to check in on the specified date will result in 1 nights room and tax being applied to your credit card. Reservations departing prior to the scheduled check out date are assessed a fee of an additional night’s room & tax to be applied to the balance of your stay.

Cancelling your reservation is accepted up to 48 hours prior to 1 pm eastern standard time of check in date. Any reservation cancelled after this time is charged for the first night room and taxes.
