If you bring your pet into any room a cleaning fee of $100 or more will be charged to your credit card.

1. PETS ARE NOT TO BE ON THE PROPERTY.

2. Pets are not allowed in any room. If we find animal hair in the bed and/or furniture an additional charge of $35 will apply.

3. If there is ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE ROOM, OR EXTRA CLEANING REQUIRED, these costs will be passed on to the pet owner. After departure, the room will be inspected and any damages will be placed on the guest’s account.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, GUESTS WILL BE ISSUED NO WARNING. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR COSTS INCURRED.

We can assure you that any damages charged and collected are well within scope of the loss of business, or costs incurred by the hotel, and are, in the interest of fairness, understated.”
