All 20 rooms have individually controlled heating and air conditioning for your personal comfort as well as in-room coffee, refrigerator and microwave. As well kitchenettes rooms are available.
We are perfectly located in the east end of Greater Sudbury within 15 minute driving distance to any end of town. As well, a Greater Sudbury bus stop is located adjacent to the property. Also within walking distance is a Tim Horton’s.

RESERVATION POLICY
Check In: 3:00pm Check Out: 11:00am
Maximum of 5 guests per room. (Depends on Room type)
Completing and submitting a reservation is guaranteeing the reservation for arrival & departure dates you submitted.
Failure to check in on the specified date will result in 1 nights room and tax being applied to your credit card.
Reservations departing prior to the scheduled check out date are assessed a fee of an additional night’s room & tax to be applied to the balance of your stay.
Cancelling your reservation is accepted up to 48 hours prior to 1 pm eastern standard time of check in date.
Any reservation cancelled after this time is charged for the first night room and taxes.
Any changes or cancellations must be conducted over the phone, at or locally at .
No Pets Policy
If you bring your pet into any room a cleaning fee of $100 or more will be charged to your credit card.
1. PETS ARE NOT TO BE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. Pets are not allowed in any room. If we find animal hair in the bed and/or furniture an additional charge of $35 will apply.
3. If there is ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE ROOM, OR EXTRA CLEANING REQUIRED, these costs will be passed on to the pet owner. After departure, the room will be inspected and any damages will be placed on the guest’s account
IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, GUESTS WILL BE ISSUED NO WARNING. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR COSTS INCURRED.
